Damien did an awesome job checking my air conditioner. He checked my vents which has not been done before. Damien explained what I needed and how it works to protect my air conditioner. I highly recommend him for services on air conditioner. I would give Damien 10 stars if I could.

Annual service performed by Kirill and Ran. They were extremely professional with strong communication skills, knowledge of our system and any upgrades or additional items recommended. We switched to Anna’s approximately a year ago from a long established company and haven’t looked back! They do a wonderful job.

Kiril and Ran were amazing

Kirill Panyukov came out did an awesome job. He informed me that the heating system was working only 50 percent. Still under warranty and that the problem will be handled. Well the guys were very professional all of them from sales to installers. The job only took a full day in which I need because my old system was shoot. They rebuild the box that the A/C handler sets in because was all molded and delapitated . I give them guys 5 stars my air cool again better than before.

Ron and Keril did a great job. They arrived on time and were pleasant to work with.

Kirill was great! First, he noticed that I do not wear shoes in the house and he took his shoes off before entering! Then he as very thorough in explaining the process of duct cleaning. Once he was done, he vacuumed all the areas under the ducts and got up any debris that had fallen. My son says to add “he was very kind” and he was. I would definitely recommend Anna’s air and heat and will use them in the future and would definitely request Kirill as our technician.

I had Jason and Jake install my 4 ton Rudd air conditioner and handler. I found them to be excellent to work with, hard working, knowledgeable, and very friendly. During the installation they encountered some unexpected issues at my condo that took them longer than expected but they worked straight thru until 7:00 PM to finish the job. Despite working from 9:00am to 7:00PM, they stayed to clean up and it was as though they were never there. Thank you Jason and Jake.

Technician Chris arrived on time, very courteous. Explained what he was doing, and problems identified very well. provided options for repair and improvements. Felt his work was clean and very professional. Performed work on main AC and secondary AC. Started maintenance plan. Small company, family owned, service feels very personalized.

I won't use this service again. I have some prior experience in air conditioners and although the technician was well trained and courteous within a few minutes of being at my location I explained my problem to him as I suspected as being a leak. I had done some basic test on the unit since i am a qualified proffesional engineer. He suggested buying a new $6000 unit without even seeing my unit which is in excellent condition having been stored soon after purchase for many years. It has very little use. Yes it was a leak and after over two hours of searching he was not able to find the leak. So I now have to seek another company to repeat the search for a leak. I think replacing a unit that has few operational hours on it and is in good physical condition to be wasteful and abusive to senior citizens living on a fixed income unable to afford purchasing a new ac unit because of a leak.

Tech was prompt and courteous. That's the 2 stars. Otherwise, typical big company that wants to overcharge for everything. Wanted $1650 to pull and clean the evaporator coil. Found an independent Tech who charged $795. Problem with many of these big companies is the Tech is also a "salesman" earning a hefty commission for the repairs they talk you into.

Excellent customer service from office staff to technicians

Annas Air Heat sent two excellent technicians to help fix my air conditioner the same day I called. Their phone and dispatch staff are patient and kind, even when speaking to a frustrated person with no AC! They also don’t just send you a useless We Are Heading Your Way notification without an eta- they use a tracking app. Ive had two brand new systems installed by them the past year and the price and professionalism were impressive.

Absolutely AWESOME!! Im so glad I had them come out, receptionist was so very friendly and amazing!! The technician that came is not just a sales person he ACTUALLY does the work too, so he knows what he is talking about! He is very nice, honest, and actually cares!!! They have a camera and a locator to see exactly where the problem is! Response, yes - email sent from them, 10% sent in error - wow!! Just sent another email tonight stating we are agreeing to dis agreement & can we possibly agree on a price, compromise? Said they could come down $100 - this in my opinion is not a compromise - they created the issues, would not admit to them, refused to compromise, initiated by the consumer & willing to be flexible? I work for the best customer service business company in the world & no way would this issue have gone this far & as long as it has gone - apparently, Anna’s Air Heat & Plumbing is not willing to admit full or at least some accountability for this issue Got a great phone call today advising would honor 10% discount - papers signed & installing tomorrow - great recovery & looking forward to an extended business relationship - thank you👍👍👍👍👍 New system installed today & all is well - technicians they sent for installation - Jason & Tylor were amazing. Couple of unexpected curveballs were handled seamlessly & no problems - one involved having to cap a sprinkler head & the other had to put down a larger pad - true professionals. Credit to the entire company for resolving my initial concerns & everything ended up great. I would 5 star recommend them & look forward to signing up for their maintenance program

now i need to add jesus to this review. amazing service. Since Google won’t let me review again - I would like to update my review to reflect the recent service appointment I had with Damien. He was punctual - respectful and explained the next steps for my mechanical ac issues. I am definitely happy with the consistently great service (from the schedulers to the techs) I have received from Anna’s Air and Heat. I have a semi annual service contract for the air conditioning unit sold and installed by Anna’s Air and Heat. Nate and Jake were the techs that arrived promptly for the maintenance appointment. (They showed in the beginning of the two hour window I CHOSE - no waiting!) As has been my consistent experience with Anna’s Air and Heat - besides being on time - Nate and Jake were both extremely professional and respectful right down to the shoe coverings they donned before entering my home. Nate and Jake diagnosed and remedied the issue I was having with my AC - Air conditioner service is a commodity. When you find the right company with the right policies and the right personnel - price point is not an issue - I don’t even know what other companies charge because Anna’s has been so reliable and professional from the office staff to demonstrably the two techs that were at my condo today. I highly recommend Anna’s Air and Heat.

Anna's Air & Heat responded to my ac unit issues promptly and provided a detailed analysis and options of repair costs and new unit installation. Given the age of my unit, I made an informed decision to have a new one installed. Technicians Ryan & Anthony showed up on time, completed the installation professionally and courteously, cleaned up both the interior and exterior installation areas, and provided helpful suggestions for routine servicing and tips on how to keep the unit operating at peak efficiency.

He provided a thorough summary and recommendations for maintaining a healthy functional air and heating system. Once again I was provided tips and recommendations to install additional equipment to maintain a continuous internal clean air flow and surge protection for the unit that could protect unit from inclement weather. However at this time I opted out due to budget restraints. This was my second service visit, Neal provided some insight on certain things I could do between maintenance visit to obtain a good turn on my investment from this unit. He was patience and considered making me feel like a valued customer, which is extremely rare. Cost of this visit was covered by my monthly maintenance agreement I have with them, therefore, saving me any additional out of pocket expense.

No need to look any further. I did my due diligence and spoke to 3 different AC companies. Anna’s by FAR is the absolute best! If your love language with trades is COMMUNICATION, DETAIL ORIENTED, and FAIR PRICING Anna’s is who you want to call for AC. Haven’t used them for plumbing. And they offer a monthly maintenance club for only $20 that’s impressive (includes plumbing call outs). I had Neil as my AC wizard and he was professional, knowledgeable in his trade and honest. Walked me through the very detailed report (one you would get in a home inspection) and offered me some tips on keeping my HVAC running at its best. I used their one time new customer coupon for a $36 tune-up! Great value for all that you receive.

The maintenance program pays for itself. A great value.

This was a second opinion following another company's recommendation that I replaced my system and called multiple times within twenty four hours to find out when I was going to do that. Jake from this company was thorough and careful and explained in detail and advised me not to rush into anything since everything is still in warranty for a year and a half. I will definitely be using anna's air in future

Customer service, scheduling, installation, installers (Jake) was a 5 star. There were a couple of hiccups that needed to be resolved after the initial installation. There was a 13 day, delay in a getting a response from customer service (office manager). Issue pleasantly resolved. I would definitely recommend this company. If it had not been for the delay would have received a 5 star 😉

Chris does excellent work, very polite and respectful. He has been our tech several times over the years. Today was no exception . heard what the problem was , diagnosed it .

Jake came to do a maintenance on my AC unit, He had found an issue with my wires he explained the whole procedure and what could happen to my A.C unit if I didn’t fixed it . He was kind and respectful, and answered all my concerns. He had to go back to the office, to get the part And I had to leave my home to pick up my son from school I felt extremely comfortable, and trust him by leaving my garage open for him. Neal was our technician. He is an awesome person especially when it comes to HVAC information. There were no question that we asked him that he was not able to give us an answer. He was thorough. He cleaned our unit, changed the filter and did maintenance on our entire unit inside and outside. We were having a lot of rain but he was a trooper through it all. I highly recommend Anna’s air & heat and technician Neal. Their prices are comparable to other companies. No matter when you call them they are always there in a timely manner. The reviews I read prior to making the appointment for a maintenance check were spot on, I was appreciative to get a same day appointment, Bonny the technician was very personable and did a thorough job inspecting and testing the system. I was not familiar with the company Anna's Air Heat Plumbing but after this experience I'd trust them for a fair price for any service that I need. I definitely recommend to anyone to check out their website for any promotional discount and definitely give them call!!

Anna’s Air has been the first and only ac company I’ve used since moving to Florida 20 years ago, that was prompt, has excellent communication, and service was top notch. My AC died late one night & didn’t have a chance to calll until 5:00 the next day & I was very surprised that they still answered the phone, but the next day there were guys here putting in my new AC at 8:30 the next morning. They worked until 8:00 PM. They were Jason, Jake who did the work & Ran & Coty did the paperwork for the permit & financing. What a crew. These guys were amazing & I would recommend them to anyone.
