He provided a thorough summary and recommendations for maintaining a healthy functional air and heating system. He pointed possible fire concerns and made necessary repair recommendations.

Since I have a homeowners warranty agreement I opted to contact them for the required repairs to be done at an affordable cost at this time.

Jake provided tips and recommendations to install additional equipment to maintain a continuous internal clean air flow and surge protection for the unit.
