Kirill and the other guy who came yesterday to blow our insulation were very professional and knowledgeable. Jake from State Farm 😂 and Cody were great, too! They did some AC work for us 🙂

Today was a short visit from Tyler M. To address a small leak in our AC. Tyler was professional and friendly from the moment he put on his shoe protection to protect our floors to his Amy Abel way of addressing us on the situation. We have been using Anna’s Air for years and would never change. Tyler Did a great job and he deserves the recognition for it. But I could not Put in a review without giving a call out to Hadley. She is the forefront. She is the one who sets up appointments and handles all the grumpy people even nice ones like me thank you, Hadley..

I had an A/C check. Chris and Cody were very professional and polite. They explained everything and told me what was wrong with the A/C and what I should look into repairing. They are both an asset to the company.

*****UPDATE: Neal and Derrick came over to install my new compressor today. They were on time, thorough and very professional. I got a beautiful 5 ton unit and the house feels so much cooler now! They showed me how to maintain the system, recommended what needs to be done in the near future (without pressuring or selling me anything) and were an absolute delight to work with! Everyone I have worked with so far has had an outstanding level of customer service, integrity, and work ethics. I am truly impressed with Anna's Air & Heat and highly recommend going with this company for all of your a/c needs!*****This was my first time working with Anna's Air & Heat. Tyler (my technician) was kind, answered all of my questions and very professional! He patiently diagnosed my a/c's issues and gave me multiple solutions. I decided to get a whole new compressor, so Ran (the manager) came over later that night and worked with my budget to create the perfect solution. I simply could not be happier! Thank you Tyler and Ran! I highly recommend this company and am definitely going to keep you as my a/c service team!!!!

Grant and Issac came out and drained my hot water heater and inspected the rest of my plumbing. There was a bunch of sediment that came out. They were super nice and professional. I would recommend.

The company was quick to respond and schedule to my service call, Tyler was very thorough, Professional, and resolved my problem.

Neal G. did an excellent job with our HVAC inspection. He found and resolved several problems that had us struggling to stay cool, and he did it all with professionalism, patience, and impressive expertise. We’ll be happy to see him again for future service.
