Our ac decided to stop working. Anna's Air sent out a technician to repair the unit. He did a great job. Very respectful and went above and beyond to fix the issue. Tylor made sure everything was up and running smoothly before leaving. I really appreciate the care and service from Anna's aire. All their technicians Jesus, Neal, Tylor have all been very professional and provide great service. Plus Hadley and Monica are excellent in the office. Happy customer. ❤️

Neil and Cody came for my annual maintenance work on my AC. Both were professional, courteous and helpful. Both were able to answer questions and support a last minute thermostat install that was not originally scheduled. I also appreciated that they had all parts available and didn’t need to make an additional trips. I would recommend.

Jason & Tylor installed my new HVAC system. They were professional but friendly. They made sure everything was clean and debris removed. The insulation for the inside unit and the line set of the outside unit look rock solid.

Jason came by and performed service which was requested by me due to upcoming extensive use for the summer. He was professional and answered all of my questions. He did a professional job. I would like it if he was able to come every time for any of my A/C repairs. An update on review. Technician had to come back today to fix and issue from yesterday. Not a big issue wiring not properly defined. Anyway Jake came out and fixed issue. He was professional and did an excellent job. So far it seems their technicians are professional and know what they are doing. I appreciate that. The only slight issue I had was Jake advised me of low capacitor reading. I asked to quote and he advised. I won't say the quote here and definitely wasn't Jakes fault. But the amount they charged was like 15 times the cost of the part. While I do agree they are a company and do need to make money I think sometimes there is gouging. I do think they are still a good business but I am going to go to utube university when capacitor fails. I will save a lot of money.

Isaac inspected my fixtures and flushed my water heater after explaining what he was doing.

Great service, they arrived early and the maintenance was quickly done. They were very straight forward about my options and what each would cost. Chris is very friendly and you can see that he knows his job.

Prompt, knowledgeable, on task, pleasant, and tidy. Great duo! 6/20/25 -Chris Adams was a very pleasant person. He explained the ( and showed me the evidence) with the vent in the master bedroom.. He is very knowledgeable and and pleasant. To date,I am impressed with the quality of service of the employees as well as the office personnel. Another aspect of Anna's Air & Heat service is that they are quick to respond to the customer's needs.

Chris and Cody provided general maintenance for our aging beachside HVAC unit. Chris was extremely patient explaining the best ways to optimize the remaining life of the unit and provided the cost vs benefits for each option. I didn’t feel pressured to add expensive upgrades. They were very efficient and completed the work on the selected upgrades quickly and thoroughly. Thank you for the trustworthy and knowledgeable service!
