Isaac inspected my fixtures and flushed my water heater after explaining what he was doing.

Great service, they arrived early and the maintenance was quickly done. They were very straight forward about my options and what each would cost. Chris is very friendly and you can see that he knows his job.

Prompt, knowledgeable, on task, pleasant, and tidy. Great duo! 6/20/25 -Chris Adams was a very pleasant person. He explained the ( and showed me the evidence) with the vent in the master bedroom.. He is very knowledgeable and and pleasant. To date,I am impressed with the quality of service of the employees as well as the office personnel. Another aspect of Anna's Air & Heat service is that they are quick to respond to the customer's needs.

Chris and Cody provided general maintenance for our aging beachside HVAC unit. Chris was extremely patient explaining the best ways to optimize the remaining life of the unit and provided the cost vs benefits for each option. I didn’t feel pressured to add expensive upgrades. Grant did a fantastic job. I was extremely appreciative of him working to accommodate my schedule. Replaced water heater and installed a new flow valve in our master bath. I will definitely be calling on him again if the need arises.

My water heater ruptured early Monday morning and the pros from Anna’s provided an on-site quote within an hour of contacting them. I had a new working water heater later the same day!
