The technician that worked on my house today was Jake Hudgins. State Farm made a huge mistake letting this guy get away, because he's absolutely amazing!! He was extremely thorough and caught some things many technicians before him overlooked.

Kirill and Derek were extremely professional, respectful of property, on time, completed the work efficiently and explained exactly what they did with pictures and detailed description. We are very pleased with their service and highly recommend your company.

Maintenance Visit 12/06/2025: Kirill came for my regular membership checkup and maintenance. He was very professional, patient, and thorough with my system and answered all of my questions. He didn't push me to make any purchases and encouraged me to do my own research on potential lifetime-extending add-ons. Thank you, Kirill! Maintenance Visit 7/11/2025: Chris got my system checked and cleaned thoroughly. He has an attention to detail and a positive attitude. Thanks, Chris! Update 1/3/2025: Jesus came by and performed the part replacement and repair. He seems like a great guy and got me up to speed on the best way to clean my drain line without opening up the unit. Everyone in this process has been helpful and pleasant. Big thanks to Hadley, Damien, Beth, and Jesus! Initial Review: Hadley on the phone was pleasant, clear, and helpful and Damien, who came out for the diagnostic, was knowledgeable and polite. I felt valued and happy with the service I have received. A follow up appointment is planned for part replacement.

I can not express how wonderful all the employees at Anna's air and heat are. Customer service always 100%+, always on time, explain everything, never pushy, I can say so much more but I think you get it. I will never use another company, they are truly wonderful. Good companys are hard to find so i will send family, friends, and neighbors.
