This was my first time working with Anna's Air & Heat. Tyler (my technician) was kind, answered all of my questions and very professional! He patiently diagnosed my a/c's issues and gave me multiple solutions. I decided to get a whole new compressor, so Ran (the manager) came over later that night and worked with my budget to create the perfect solution. I simply could not be happier! Thank you Tyler and Ran! I highly recommend this company and am definitely going to keep you as my a/c service team!!!!

I got online to try and book an A/C repair at 2:30 pm. To my surprise there was an opening at 4-6 pm so I booked it. I received a phone call a few minutes later stating the technicians were available and if they could be there early. Heck yes!! They were at my house by 3 pm. Chris and Cody were extremely polite, friendly, and professional. They immediately started to troubleshoot my system. Within minutes they informed me that my Freon pressure was perfect, but the compressor motor was seized. Cody shown me options from his iPad and discussed them. Zero pressure to purchase anything, which was nice. They had the parts in the truck, and Chris and Cody completed the repairs in no time. Best part of this was they completed everything before my wife got home from work so she could relax in a comfortable home. Thank you Chris and Cody and Anna’s Air and Heat.

The serviceman who came was Neal Gugenheim, so professional and so congenial at the same time.From the prompt arrival time , to Laying down a drop cloth to protect our flooring, and working digitally to complete the job, we could not ask for better service. Thank you Anna’s Air and Heat. Job well done. today march 3 with another visit from Anna’s Air for our maintenance. Chris and Cody did a great job. They were here for almost an hour and a half for our regular maintenance and did find one small problem with a corrosion unit which they have fixed the immediately. What good service we get from Anna’s Air it is certainly worth the maintenance cost. We paid each month. Miss Hadley works in the office seems to be the oil for this wheel . Hadley runs things So smoothly when it comes to setting up appointments and making sure the job gets done, my hat goes off to you Hadley, Well, done. Chris And Cody worked so well together as a team, I feel confident in anything they recommend.

3/2/27 Update - We had out AC maintenance again and technicians Chris and Cody did a great job! 1 They gave us some great recommendations for how to maintain our system and get the most out of it. Thanks to Chris and Cody, I have an incredibly helpful assessment of my HVAC system. I first worked with Anna’s back in late 2024 and they came up with an immediate solution to deal with leaking from one of my systems and also developed a long term plan to fix a more serious issue that had been revealed and Anna’s noticed it when four prior companies, including the one that had installed the newer system, had not. It took me awhile to get on the schedule again, and not because Anna’s was not available, but because something was always going on around here and distracting me. Hadley checked in with me often and was so kind and patient and I appreciated that very much. Today, I have even more information thanks to Chris and Cody. I have been babying the older system, but knew the time was coming when I would have to replace it entirely. Chris explained what was going on, and while I cannot replace it quite yet, I hope to work with Anna’s when the time comes. Chris and Cody were both so kind, too, as they could see my mind was spinning with the prospect of some significant and costly repairs I will be needing to make. They provided me with multiple options, all at competitive prices, and have emailed me those estimates so I can think about it. So there is no high pressure. Just expert assessments and a willingness to discuss options and both Chris and Cody shared some excellent advice that will help me as I consider my next decision. Just a great trustworthy team at Anna’s Air and Heat. I appreciate their willingness to listen to my questions and help me understand. I have learned a lot, and highly recommend working with Anna’s. I have the Anna’s Air Heat and Plumbing yearly maintenance plan. It’s $13 a month and they come out twice a year to perform maintenance on my AC unit. They take lots of pics and are very to the thorough. Jake was easy to talk to and explained everything he checked and where issues could arise. He did a fantastic job and gave me the status of my system and had recommendations for improving my AC unit.

Prompt, timely, and professionally handled.

“Ran” arrived on time and was very personable. He asked a few questions then made some recommendations regarding the type of HVAC that would be best for my home, easiest to service/maintain and that would best suit my needs over the long term. I was very impressed with his attention to detail.

A Technician named Ran (Pronounced Ron) from Anna‘s, saved us from making a huge expensive mistake with Dial Duron, who mis-diagnosed an overloaded circuit that tripped a breaker, as having an air handler with a burned out heat kit. Their words were “it was fried“. Ran looked at it and said it looked good to him. He hooked up gauges to the condenser Heat pump and determined that the system was slightly low on refrigerant, and that the refrigerant line filter was clogged and needed to be replaced. Then he put a multimeter on the heat kit circuit in the air handler and determined it was pulling 35 A of load and was functionally in very good condition. The problem was that the system was on a 30 amp breaker in the panel and when the cold snap hit the auxiliary heater in the air handler powered up exceeding the limit of the circuit breaker and it tripped. Dial Duron wanted $24,000 for a new Heat pump system and $8000 for the ductwork. We canceled our service contract with them and will be using Anna‘s AC service from now on.

Was a great experience with Kirill today doing our inspection of our economy unit.

My unit had lost it's charge and Anna's Air sent Ron over and checked out my unit which is 9 years old and it has a leak somewhere and he told me roughly what it would cost to find it and if repairable and that cost using the $5,000 rule it didn't make any sense to go any further. So I'm weighing my options right now.

Jack Hudgins was a GREAT GUY! He took pictures of everything that was wrong or could go wrong with my AC system. I had alot going on with my system and it was going to cost me alot of money, so I asked him if he was in my situation what would he do. He recommended all the things he would take care of first, so the system would continue to run and not breakdown. I can't afford a brand new system at the moment, but he gave me GREAT advice on what to take care of first to keep my system running smoothly. He also told me about the membership, and how it will save me lots of money in the long run, until I'm able to save up for a brand new system one day! Lol When I start on the repairs I would like to recommend Jack to complete the work for me. Oh! He also mentioned the plumbing. I was showing him some plumbing pipes that I had in my backyard that I wanted repaired, so I will be calling Anna's for my plumbing as well! 🪠🚿🚽🔧🪛🙂

I really appreciate Neal’s expertise and fixing all the issues with the AC that was caused by another company. Thank you so much! January 2026 Our system was due for maintenance and my husband had made a comment to the tech that one side of the house has always been warmer then the other side. While the tech was up in the attic, it was noticed that there was equipment leaning on the AC lines preventing air flow to the other side of the house. HUGE thank you to Ron, Derek, and Neal for keeping our house cool/warm and clean of mold. Derek did most of the work and he was very kind and considerate while here. He did an extraordinary job cleaning up after. It was the first time I didnt need to clean up after service people. Neal was also very kind and considerate. Ron was very good at explaining all the fees to us and gave us a good deal. I felt very comfortable with them in my home.

This time we had Ran for the tune up, and he was excellent too! Very knowledgeable, and give us a thorough overview of the AC system and provided great recommendations. Their prices are fair. What can I say? Five star rating! Grant showed up and got right to work. He explained what problem was with my water heater. And what had to be done. It was easy to see as there was lots of rusty water on the garage floor. He went about taking the old water heater out and replacing it with a new one, cleaning up everything, checking the operation of the new unit, answering all my questions. Couldn’t have been a better experience. Hats off to Grant and Anna’s Air-Heat-Plumbing!

Kirill Panyukov came out did an awesome job. He informed me that the heating system was working only 50 percent. Still under warranty and that the problem will be handled. Well the guys were very professional all of them from sales to installers. The job only took a full day in which I need because my old system was shoot. They rebuild the box that the A/C handler sets in because was all molded and delapitated . I give them guys 5 stars my air cool again better than before.

Ron and Keril did a great job. They arrived on time and were pleasant to work with.

Kirill was great! First, he noticed that I do not wear shoes in the house and he took his shoes off before entering! Then he as very thorough in explaining the process of duct cleaning. Once he was done, he vacuumed all the areas under the ducts and got up any debris that had fallen. My son says to add “he was very kind” and he was. I would definitely recommend Anna’s air and heat and will use them in the future and would definitely request Kirill as our technician.

I had Jason and Jake install my 4 ton Rudd air conditioner and handler. I found them to be excellent to work with, hard working, knowledgeable, and very friendly. During the installation they encountered some unexpected issues at my condo that took them longer than expected but they worked straight thru until 7:00 PM to finish the job. Despite working from 9:00am to 7:00PM, they stayed to clean up and it was as though they were never there. Thank you Jason and Jake.

I highly recommend dealing with this company . 25 Nov 25 update: This time we needed Anna’s for their plumbing service. They told me they could get someone out the next morning but actually later that night Grant arrived. Grant is a super nice guy and he had our problem corrected in no time. So I give Grant and Anna’s both five stars.

Jake did great job. Arrived on time. He thoroughly checked out our new system. Even made strap for the center of the air intake to prevent the air filter from being sucked into the air handler. Being a member, there was no charge for this service. He was very friendly, and enjoyable to talk to.

My technician Jake was awesome! He was very thorough and had the level of experience that I look for in a repair person. He took a lot of pictures which made it easy to understand the condition my a/c was in and what needed to be done. He explained what I might need but didn't pressure me into buying anything. I definitely signed up for the membership service, worth it!

Great technician come to check my AC. He is very knowledgeable, he not rush like others technician, He double check it again to make sure he get the right diagnostic for the issues. Unfortunately my ac is old one so better replace it than fix it. They try to give me the best prices for me and try to get 0% financing.. highly recommended 👌
