Kirill Panyukov came out did an awesome job. He informed me that the heating system was working only 50 percent. Still under warranty and that the problem will be handled.
Well the guys were very professional all of them from sales to installers. The job only took a full day in which I need because my old system was shoot. They rebuild the box that the A/C handler sets in because was all molded and delapitated . I give them guys 5 stars my air cool again better than before.

Kirill was great! First, he noticed that I do not wear shoes in the house and he took his shoes off before entering! Then he as very thorough in explaining the process of duct cleaning. Once he was done, he vacuumed all the areas under the ducts and got up any debris that had fallen. My son says to add “he was very kind” and he was. I would definitely recommend Anna’s air and heat and will use them in the future and would definitely request Kirill as our technician.
